This week we're taking a look at a drink made popular in the 70's. I like my Godfather with less Amaretto and more Scotch. But typically it's equal portions.
The Godfather
Ingredients:
• 2 ounces blended scotch or bourbon
• 1/4 ounce amaretto
Preparation:
- Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full of ice.
- Add the scotch and amaretto and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
