On this episode of How to Drink, I am taking a look at a classic cocktail called a Boulevardier.
The Boulevardier
The Boulevardier is a cocktail with origins in Harry’s New York Bar (which of course is in Paris) in the 1920’s. It’s a combination of Bourbon, Campari, and Vermouth.
At its core it is a simple drink that really doesn’t need improving, so I present it here fair simple.
Hope you enjoy, cheers!
Ingredients:
• 45 ml Sweet Vermouth (1.5 oz)
• 45 ml Campari (1.5 oz)
• 60 ml Bourbon (2 oz)
Garnish with an Orange Twist & Cherry
Cheers!
