For more than a decade, the blue bird logo was synonymous with Twitter - representing the Tweets posted by users all over the world.
Now the company is saying goodbye to the bird and the name Twitter, rebranding to be known simply as X. It's the latest shake-up under billionaire Elon Musk, who paid 44 billion dollars for the social media giant last October.
Twitter's new identity has - unsurprisingly - been trending on the platform since it was unveiled on Sunday.
The company says it's part of a strategy to transform into an everything app - which combines video chats, messaging, streaming and payments.
