Leonard Nimoy: Star Trek Memories was a TV special which was produced in 1983 and first aired in 1984.
It was hosted by Leonard Nimoy and featured the actor discussing the making of The Original Series and the first two Star Trek movies, Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. It also included a short preview of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
The documentary was filmed in Boston, Massachusetts at the Channel 56 television studios and ran about fifty minutes to fill a one hour TV time slot. At the time, the channel was part of the Kaiser Broadcasting Group, partially owned by the Boston Globe newspaper group.
