The Guyaju Caves is a cave complex found on the slopes of the Tianhuang Mountain in the Yanging District of China and comprises a system of 117 caves, 350 chambers, covering an area of around 24.7 acres or 100,000 square metres.


Located around 50 miles or 80 kilometres northwest of Beijing, this site is carved out of solid granite and was only discovered in 1984. They are a true mystery of the ancient world because experts have found no dateable archaeological evidence at the site and it has never been mentioned in any historical literature.
