Easter Island | DNA Study: No Population Collapse
DNA analysis of 15 individuals from Easter Island has revealed two important observations regarding the history of the island. Firstly, there was never an historic population collapse, and secondly, the island’s inhabitants did co-mingle with Native Americans.
