- Salt and Pepper to Taste
PIZZA DOUGH
- 1000 grams flower (I used King Arthur All-Purpose Flour)
- 550 grams Lukewarm
- 1 pack dry yeast (1 1/2 teaspoon or 6 grams)
- 1/2 Teaspoon sugar (4 grams)
- 2 Teaspoon salt (16 grams)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil (10 grams)
- 2 Tablespoon Italian dressing (35 grams)
