And this isn't just metaphorical. Seeing the inside of someone's hand - seeing their palms tends to put people at ease. The handshake actually originated as a way to show that neither person was carrying a weapon. But Zuckerberg almost never shows us his palms when he speaks which winds up feeling unsettling.
