Venus Could Have Supported Life for Billions of Years

 With a mean radius of about 3,760 miles or 6,052 kilometers, it's approximately 95 percent the size of Earth. 

Its mass, approximately 4.867 x 10^24 kilograms, is about 81.5 percent that of Earth.

This similarity in mass and size means that Venus also has a comparable density to Earth, approximately 5.24 grams per cubic centimeter, implying a similar rock-iron composition.

Venus and Earth have a comparable structure: a central iron core surrounded by a rocky mantle and a thin crust.
