The parents of Donald Trump’s would-be-assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, called police hours before he opened fire at a campaign rally on the weekend.
It’s not clear what police did with that information, but it’s raised concerns over a possible security failure. New images reveal what police found on the alleged shooter after a Secret Service sniper shot and killed him – which was a remote detonator and phone.
Sources say local law enforcement was never stationed in the building Mr Crooks climbed but in an adjacent building.
