As we study the boundless universe, our gaze often meets giant galaxies, twinkling stars and beckoning planets, and this reallly excites our imagination.
Still, there are countless other celestial bodies hiding in the silent emptiness. With their size rather modest, their dark surface hardly reflects any sunlight.
Many of these objects remain concealed from us as they’re practically invisible in telescopes. But in spite of these challenges, thousands of small objects have been discovered in the Solar System so far – satellites, planetoids and asteroids.
And today we are going to visit some of the most unusual and fascinating ones.
