Is the Whistleblower Complaint Hearsay?
In response to a CIA whistleblower complaint, many of the President’s supporters argue it’s hearsay and therefore should be disregarded. Should we? Hearsay evidence is "an out-of-court statement offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted therein."
