This cocktail is a strong and sweet after dinner drink that really had it's heyday in the 1950's and 60's. I was introduced to this cocktail years ago under the drunken threat of a customer.

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (2 oz.)

• 30 ml Drambuie (1 oz.)

• Lemon zest for garnish
