BetterHelp is one of the most recognizable names within the YouTube community thanks to their dominance as one of the most popular sponsors across the platform.
But, more recently, things haven’t actually been going so well for BetterHelp. In fact, over the past few years, several major concerns have been raised about BetterHelp’s policies and practices, specifically the user data that they share with advertisers and the quality and reliability of their therapists.
It looks like these concerns are finally catching up with BetterHelp big time. In fact, their parent company stock is down a painful 97%.
It looks like BetterHelp is doing a last-ditch advertising blitz to overcome the recent negative media, but this avoids the root of the problem.
