A Delicious Cake Recipe from Grandma | Stunned by Everyone!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS

- 2 eggs

- 150 grams of sugar

- 60 g corn starch

- Mix everything well

- 500ml milk

- Brew the cream thickly over medium heat, stirring constantly

- Let the cream cool down.

- 100ml water

- 100ml milk

- A pinch of Salt

- 80g butter

- As soon as the butter has melted, add 120 g of flour

- Mix everything well.

- Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly

- Let the mixture cool down a little


- Add 3 eggs one at a time.

- Cake pan 20cm.

- Halve the dough.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C


- Beat 160 g butter (room temperature) until frothy

- Add Vanillin

- Gradually add the cooled cream.

- The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.

- Collect cake.

- Put in a cool place to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

- 4 tbsp corn starch.

- Mix everything well.

- 2.5 cups of milk.

- 1 / 2 cup of water.

- 1 / 2 cup of milk.

- A pinch of salt.

- 4 tbsp butter

- As soon as the butter has melted, add 6-7 tablespoons of flour

- Mix everything well

- Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly

- Let the mixture cool down a little.


- Add 3 eggs one at a time.

- Baking pan 8 inches.

- Halve the dough.

- 10-15 minutes at 395 F. to bake

- Beat 8 tbsp butter (room temperature) until frothy

- Add Vanillin

- Gradually add the cooled cream

- The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.

- Collect cake.

- Put in a cool place to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.
